Cladding Type: Curtain Walling

This project involved the replacement of existing curtain walling with an upgraded system. Overall energy performance of the building was improved to a cost-optimal level. A final BER rating of A was achieved, with a modelled energy usage of 76.64 kWh/m²/yr and CO₂ emissions of 9 kgCO₂/m²/yr.
